Domestic shipments for purchases equal to or greater than 250,000COP will qualify for shipping at no additional cost. Orders for values ​​less than the above amount will have a regular cost of 10,000COP.

The message or email has not arrived with the shipping guide number, what should I do? Orders take 1-2 business days to process from the day after payment is confirmed. If the guide number has not reached you within this period of time, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp +57 (3114905253) from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. And Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m All times are Colombia Standard Time.

If the address has a concierge service, the package will be left and the courier will obtain the signature of the person who receives it and you can verify on their platform with the guide number. If you do not have a concierge service, the courier will attempt delivery of the package 3 additional times and will contact you at the number you provided when making the purchase. If you do not respond after these 3 attempts, the product will be returned and canceled and the refund process will begin, except for the shipping costs. In this case, if the shipment is classified as "no cost" at the time of making the purchase, you will be charged a standard fee of  15,000COP for shipping and return costs.
