Domestic Shipping
Free shipping for purchases equal to or greater than 250,000. All domestic orders entered into the online platform will be handled in the order received. The time to process the shipment is approximately 1-2 business days. When the order is shipped, a message will arrive to the telephone number provided, or via email if you do not have WhatsApp, with shipping information and the guide number. The delivery will be made from 2 to 6 business days from the day after the purchase is confirmed, the delivery window will depend on the city of destination.
Orders placed during weekends will be processed the following Monday or Tuesday if Monday is a holiday. Sometimes an order may arrive in separate packages and on different days within our delivery window (2 to 6 business days). * Business days are considered Monday through Friday.
International deliveries
All international orders entered into the online platform will be handled in the order received. The time to process the shipment is approximately 2-5 business days. When the order is shipped, a message will arrive to the telephone number provided, or via email if you do not have WhatsApp, with the shipping information and the guide number. The estimated delivery time will depend on each country. An approximate time will be given when making the purchase. ISAYES S.A.S is not responsible for delays in international shipments, or delays due to customs. The shipping costs will be calculated at checkout before payment. ISAYES S.A.S. is not responsible for payments or taxes that may be required in order for the product(s) to enter the country of destination.
