ISAYES products are made with excellent quality standards. Users are recommended to carefully read the instructions for use and washing and the warning labels attached to the product for its proper use and care.

The term of the warranty of our products is 60 days from the date of receipt of the product. After this time we do not accept merchandise claims for any reason.

The warranty is void when the instructions detailed on the label have not been followed such as contact of the garments with chemicals, bleaches or detergents that contain bleach, if the product was altered, torn, or modified by the customer, or normal wear of the product.

If the item you purchased has any quality or suitability issue, and you have complied with all the care and washing recommendations and the term of the warranty offered has not expired, you can contact us at our email isayeshelp@ gmail.com. The customer must show proof of purchase and describe in writing and in detail the defect of the product.

The approval of a warranty claim is subject to the result of the product evaluation that ISAYES S.A.S will perform.

If the warranty claim is approved, it will be effective through exchange for a product of the same reference, in case of not having availability, you can make a change for another reference or request total refund of the money.

The product must be sent in good hygienic conditions.
